Notera förfaringssätt vid arrangemang av rörliga viltspårprov i SVK Bottenvikens regi.

Anmälan av provdatum skall göras 5 dagar innan till Ann Lundgren kassor@svkbottenviken.se

Ange domare samt provledare.

Försäkra er om att ni har tillstånd av markägare.

Upprätta provblankett samt skogskort, länk till SKK https://www.skk.se/sv/prov-tavling/olika-prov-och-tavlingar/viltsparprov/ Notera att hund bara kan starta en gång per prov och dag. Dvs. det är inte möjligt att starta Anlagsklass och ÖKL vid samma provtillfälle.

Resultatblanketter med underskrift samt domarens personnummer, skickas till Ann. Viktigt att hundens registreringsnummer är angivet.

OBS! Ann registrerar resultatet för vidarebefordran till Kenneth Sundvall. ISVK Bottenvikens regi får inget viltspårprov passera angiven arbetsgång. Resultaten redovisas månadsvis.

Notera ändringar från Svenska Jordbruksverket gällande animaliska biprodukter.

Samtycke

I SVK/Lokalavdelningen behandlas alla personuppgifter i enlighet med Dataskyddsförordningen – EU 2016/79. Vid anmälan till provet ger deltagarna sitt samtycke att bilder med namn publiceras på Bottenvikens hemsida för att visa aktiviteter som genomförs i lokalavdelningen.
