Jubileumsåret

Nu är jubileumsfestligheterna 2017 avslutade! Under jubileumsåret har vi genomfört ett flertal välbesökta arrangemang. Initialt stod SVK/Jämtland-Västernorrland som värd för "Härnösandshelgen" 16 - 18/6 med Viltspårmästaren, avelskonferensen, Riksutställningen och därtill en fantastisk jubileumssupé en underbar sommarkväll!

När provsäsongen startade, fortsatte festligheterna med jubileumsprov fjäll och skog 1-3/9 i SVK/Jämtland-Västernorrland och SVK/Bottenviken.

30/9 -1/1 stod SVK/Södra värd för ett dubblerat fullbruksprov, där två hundar meriterade sig för SE FBPCh!

Riksprovet

Riksprovet på Gotland 3-8/10 2017 i regi av SVK/Östra och SVK/Gotland, avslutade jubileumsåret. Rekordmånga hade anmält sig och ca 120 kom till start.
Fina marker och god fågeltillgång gav minnesvärda upplevelser.

Grande Finale blev det på lördagskvällen med 100-årsbankett på Kneippbyn. En festkväll att minnas!

Tack alla som varit engagerade och gjort sitt yttersta för att jubileumsarrangemangen har fungerat! Tack alla som deltog med duktiga hundar!

Jubileumsboken

I samband med 100-årsjubileet utgav Svenska Vorstehklubben ”Jubileumsbok 1917-2017”. Redaktörer för boken var Anette Gustafsson och Carin Byström i nära samarbete med våra lokalavdelningar, avelsråd och många f.d. funktionärer. Boken uppgick till 336 sidor och blev snabbt en försäljningssuccé.

I boken går att följa klubbens utveckling under ett helt århundrade, vägen fram till uppdelning i lokalavdelningar, hur våra raser har utvecklats och mycket mer än så!
